Mounted on a flower-decked rotating pedestal inside is a couple dressed in 17th century finery, with the lady demurely listening, head tilted with a fan under her chin, as the gentleman is poised to ask her to dance. With the twist of a key underneath the golden, brocade-covered base, the tune "Shall We Dance" plays, as the pedestal inside rotates. Iridescent glitter lining the interior of the egg enhances the romantic scene. Made from a real goose egg, the egg and stand measure 5-1/2" high x 2-1/2" in diameter.
