HOLIDAY OPERATING SCHEDULE

Our offices will be closed December 24, 2024, through January 2, 2025.
Orders placed after 12 Noon ET on Monday, December 23, will ship when our offices reopen in January 2025.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We currently ship only to destinations located in the United States. Our shipper is UPS. If you place your order online, the shipping options and prices will be displayed, allowing you to select the method of your choice.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed by 12:00 Noon Eastern Time Monday-Friday (except holidays) are shipped the same day, if your order is complete, the item is in stock and you have not requested engraving. We will contact you if an item is out of stock.

Engraving: Engraving adds approximately 3-5 business days to the shipping time (longer during busy seasons). Engraving of large quantities or logos may take longer. If you want a logo or large quantities engraved, please call our toll-free number to place your order (1-800-932-4438).

Shipping Options

Recommendations for placing orders for delivery prior to
December 25 (inclement weather conditions may increase delivery times):

UPS Ground: Friday, December 13 by 12 Noon ET

UPS 3-Day Select: Wednesday, December 18 by 12 Noon ET

UPS 2nd Day Air: Thursday, December 19 by 12 Noon ET

UPS Next Day Air: Monday, December 23 by 12 Noon ET

NOTE: "BUSINESS" days do not include holidays or weekend days.
Not all expedited shipping methods are available in all locations.
UPS does not guarantee exact delivery days for ground packages or delivery time of day for expedited shipments in December.

Ground:

Delivery in 2-8 BUSINESS days following the shipping date, depending on the distance of the delivery destination from our offices in northern Virginia.

3-Day Select:

Delivery within 3 BUSINESS days following the shipping date. (UPS may extend delivery time by one day for some locations during the holidays.)

2nd Day Air:

Delivery within 2 BUSINESS days following the shipping date. (UPS may extend delivery time by one day for some locations during the holidays.)

Next Day Air Saver:

Delivery the next BUSINESS day by end of day to most US Zip Codes in the 48 contiguous states.

Next Day Air Early AM:

Delivery by noon the next BUSINESS day to most US Zip Codes in the 48 contiguous states. (UPS may extend delivery time until 3:00 pm for some locations during the holidays.)

Next Day Air:

Delivery by 3:00 pm the next BUSINESS day to most US Zip Codes in the 48 contiguous states. (UPS may extend delivery time until end of day for some locations during the holidays.)

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Our principal shipper is UPS, which delivers only to street addresses (in other words, no deliveries to post office boxes or APO addresses). We currently ship only to destinations in the United States.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If a gift is damaged when received or does not meet your expectations, please return it to us within 30 days after it is delivered (by January 31st for orders placed from November 15-December 31), and we will replace the gift at no charge or credit your account for the cost of the gift, whichever you prefer.
