Made of smooth leather in marbled, golden tan tones and bordered with an embossed gold-leaf, Florentine design, the desk set has the look of an elegant antique. The two leaves atop the desk set open on brass hinges to expose the inner writing area and two leather pockets. Three brass-hinged, wood-lined boxes at the head of the desk set serve to store pens, clips, business cards and other desktop items. Crafted with the attention to detail and style for which Italian craftsman are famous, the desk set is lined on the inside and underside with color-coordinated moiré. With the leaves closed, the desk set measures 22-1/2" x 18-3/4".
